I've been thinking about it and decided that I'm going to post a video of a song that I think would be great for anyone to have on their iPod/MP3 playlist during a workout. I'll choose a new song each Monday.
I'll kick is off with Saliva's Hunt You Down. I heard this during WWE No Way Out, and considered this song bad-ass. This is definitely one that I would do when you're doing heavy cardio or intense weight-training.
